Safety Health Score

A deterministic scoring engine continuously evaluates your SMS data — open reports, overdue actions, unresolved risks, SPI breaches and audit findings — and produces a single Safety Health Score for your operation. The score is shown on the main dashboard so the Safety Manager always has an at-a-glance status.

Threshold alerts trigger automatically when the score drops below your configured levels.

Event Connection Graph

AI analyses your safety reports and identifies hidden connections between seemingly unrelated events — shared causal factors, repeated locations, common crew members, or recurring equipment issues. The connection graph visualises these relationships so you can see systemic risks before they become incidents.

AI Attribution

Each connection is attributed by the AI — explaining why two events are linked and what the underlying factor might be. This replaces hours of manual cross-referencing with an instant, AI-generated analysis.

Weekly Digest & PDF Report

Every week, Prometheus One sends the Safety Manager an automated digest email summarising new events, score changes, open actions and emerging trends. A full PDF safety report can be generated at any time for management review or authority submission.
