New: Loyalty Club — Turn Flight Hours into a Commercial Product
Charter and managed-aircraft operators have always sold flight time. Now Prometheus One lets you package it as a proper commercial product. The new Loyalty Club module brings prepaid hours banks, account credit, membership tiers and reward points to your operation — backed by a financial-grade ledger.
Why a loyalty module?
Repeat clients are the lifeblood of a charter business. A prepaid block-hours programme locks in revenue, smooths cash flow and gives your best customers a reason to keep flying with you instead of shopping around. Until now, operators tracked these arrangements in spreadsheets — error-prone, hard to audit and impossible to reconcile against actual flights.
What's included
- Client accounts: Each client gets an account holding an hours bank, a monetary credit balance, a membership tier and a points balance.
- Immutable ledger: Every movement is recorded as an append-only, derived-balance ledger entry. Balances are computed from history, never overwritten — so the books always reconcile and nothing can be silently edited.
- Automatic flight draw-down: When a flight is flown, the corresponding hours are drawn from the client's bank automatically. The reconcile-to-target logic is idempotent, so re-syncing a flight never double-charges.
- Tiers & points: Membership tiers and reward points are derived from activity, so status updates itself as clients fly.
- PDF statements: Generate a clean account statement for any client and period in one click.
- Admin controls: Authorised administrators can void (soft-delete) a transaction or close an account, with the history preserved for audit.
Built on trust
Because Loyalty Club touches money, it sits behind the same server-side security boundary as the rest of the platform: every read and write to loyalty data is gated server-side, and the ledger's append-only design means balances can be independently re-derived at any time.
Getting started
Loyalty Club is available now. Your administrator enables it, runs the included database migration, and can begin creating client accounts and crediting hours immediately. Flights flown through the platform draw down automatically from day one.
