Prometheus One Now Integrates with ForeFlight Dispatch

We're excited to announce full ForeFlight Dispatch integration in Prometheus One. Operators using ForeFlight for flight planning can now sync their data directly into the operations platform.

What's Included

• Flight sync: Import completed and scheduled flights from ForeFlight by flight ID
• Crew mapping: Map ForeFlight crew usernames to Prometheus One roster pilots
• Aircraft mapping: Link ForeFlight tail numbers to your aircraft profiles
• Wind-accurate flight time: Use ForeFlight's Quotation API for precise ETAs that account for actual forecast winds

How It Works

Once you connect your ForeFlight API key in Settings → Integrations, Prometheus One can fetch flight data and automatically create schedule entries. The ForeFlight Quotation API is used to generate wind-corrected flight time estimates for future flights — far more accurate than a simple distance/speed calculation.

Fallback Mode

If ForeFlight is unavailable, the system automatically falls back to Open-Meteo wind data for the actual flight date and time, ensuring you always get a wind-aware estimate.
